[ARCHIVED] Fall City Wide Clean Up Day

Fall Clean Up

It's time to clean our your garage, shed, basement, and under the bed!  Waste Connections will be accepting appliances, computers, stereos, water heaters, furnaces, furniture, junk, and more at the annual Fall Clean Up will be Saturday, Oct 22 from 7-3pm at Public Works.  Yard waste will be accepted, including limbs provided that they are cut down to 4' lengths or smaller.  No yard waste in plastic bags will be accepted and neither will entire trees.  Anything with a cord can be dropped off, but there is a limit of ONE television per household.  Any appliance that uses refrigerant must have the coolant removed by a certified technician and have the paperwork to prove that.  No hazardous materials, building materials, or tires will be accepted.

Don't forget that there will be a drive for non perishable and personal hygiene items at this event.  Everything collected will go to the Ozark Food Pantry.

In addition to the Fall Clean Up there will also be a Shred Day Event happening at Public Works on Oct 22 from 9-11am.  Just think of all that you can get rid of!
