The City is in the process of designing a project to improve Main Street, from Park Avenue to N. Mill Street.  Improvements will consist of an asphalt overlay of the existing road, new sidewalks to improve accessibility, new curb and street lighting.

The project is a collaboration between the City, the Missouri Department of Transportation and the East-West Gateway Council of Governments using Surface Transportation Block Grant Program funds to assist in the costs of the project.
