About
The Authority is the water producer for Festus and Herculaneum with offices located off Crystal Heights.
Membership
The Jefferson County Water Authority board has a total of six members: three members represent the City of Festus and three members represent the City of Herculaneum. The governing body of each municipality and / or district shall appoint by resolution or ordinance three directors (one of which will be a Public Works Director).
Meetings
The Jefferson County Water Authority board meets the third Thursday of each month at 10 a.m. in the Festus City Hall Council Chambers.
