The Festus Street & Parks Department added new sidewalks to the West City Park Complex Area.  What a difference this makes to the park!  I recently took some photos prior to them laying down the sod and I was just amazed at the improvement the sidewalks had made then.  When you come up under the concession/pavilion I felt like I was at the cardinal stadium.  I just can't wait to see the final product.
